Consultation launches for new Regions and Counties engagement 

Following an internal review of the current Regions and Counties Community of Practice, Volleyball England has developed a proposed approach designed to strengthen communication, improve alignment and create a more effective framework for engagement between national, regional and county stakeholders. 

The proposed model aims to enhance the flow of information across the organisation, ensuring that local insight continues to inform national priorities, guidance and support, while creating clearer channels for communication and collaboration. 

Supporting a stronger network 

"Regions and Counties play an important role in the development of volleyball in England, providing valuable local knowledge and helping to connect clubs, leagues, volunteers and participants with the wider game," said Laura Allcoat, Volleyball England's Strategic Manager for Safeguarding and Membership. 

"The consultation forms a key part of the review process and will help refine the final model before it is implemented. 

Feedback will be used to ensure the approach supports effective working relationships, "clearer responsibilities and stronger alignment across the volleyball community."

The consultation findings will help shape the final engagement model and inform how Volleyball England engages with Regions and Counties moving forward.
